With a high malt mashbill, pot distillation, and a variety of cooperage sizes, this is about as close as you can get to the way bourbon was made in the 1800s. Our distilling practices borrow from international whiskey tradition (most notably single malt scotch). Never sourced, made from start to finish in the heart of Brooklyn, New York 45% ABV, double pot-distilled, aged 4+ years
